Kinetix Studios is a UK sole-trader web design studio based in Coventry, England. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, Kinetix Studios is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@kinetixstudios.co.uk.

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name (optional)
• The message you write to us

We also collect limited technical information automatically (for example, anonymised analytics about how visitors use the site).

We use the information you give us solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, and (if you choose to work with us) deliver the services we agree on. We never sell your data and we don't use it for unsolicited marketing.

We process your contact details on the basis of your consent (when you submit the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. For analytics, we rely on legitimate interest and use privacy-respecting, aggregated data only.

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email through Resend, a transactional email provider. Enquiries may also be stored in our secure backend so we can refer to your message later. Both providers process data within the UK/EEA or under equivalent safeguards.

We use a small amount of privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people visit. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct anything that's inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to or restrict our processing
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk)

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 24 months), then delete it. If we work together on a project, we retain records for as long as required by UK tax and accounting law.
